1. Act as a brand ambassador for Loewe, embodying and promoting the brand image.
2. Achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
3. Initiate and maintain contact with customers, providing personalized product demonstrations.
4. Identify and understand customer needs to propose suitable product offers.
5. Foster long-term customer relationships through loyalty programs and sampling.
6. Meet monthly retail sales targets.
7. Educate customers on Loewe products and brand values.
8. Maintain counter merchandising in line with corporate guidelines.
9. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Counter Manager.
10. Perform operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
