Loewe Retail Excellence Specialist & Key Account Executive

- Drive active project management and ensure follow-up of all retail projects.
- Identify and implement retail operational process improvements to elevate ways of working.
- Develop and roll out retail tools to support and enhance retail team capacities.

- Conduct regular sell-in, sell-out, and stock-on-hand analysis to provide visibility to senior management and regional teams.
- Directly coordinate the management across regions of replenishment and marketing orders for all direct markets.
- Lead special projects, such as exclusive gifting initiatives and other LOEWE-specific activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, retail operations, or key account management.
- Proven experience in analyzing KPIs and tracking sales performance.
- Experience in coordinating international projects involving multicultural teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
- Willingness to travel internationally on occasion.
- Strong understanding of the fashion and luxury market, including current retail trends.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proactive, self-directed, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Fluency in English (C1 level is essential); proficiency in Spanish is desirable.
A minimum of 5 years in project management, retail operations, or key account management is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
