Loewe Ecommerce Specialist

- Manage the ecommerce content calendar and define publication timelines.
- Contribute to the creation and updates of homepages, landing pages, and product listing pages, including copy, imagery, and product sorting.
- Coordinate and contribute to FLYs, promotions, and campaign pages from concept to execution.
- Oversee translation needs and coordinate with localization teams.
- Create and manage Jira tickets for web design updates and perform testing prior to deployment.
- Maintain and monitor the product management calendar, ensuring launch readiness and alignment with strategic ecommerce objectives.
- Prepare products for launches, including stock setup, product creation, imagery, descriptions, categorization, recommendations, sorting, and visibility.
- Coordinate 3D model approvals, testing, and implementation for new launches.
- Monitor ecommerce stock levels and ensure product availability across all platforms.
- Support forecasting for ecommerce needs, including GWPs, samples, and unboxing materials.
- Manage samples stock and dynamization processes.
- Define and supervise ecommerce logistics guidelines.
- Organize and prepare internal trainings related to logistics and operational processes.
- Manage unboxing budgets, stock, and production of materials.
- Design and implement new unboxing experiences to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee poster management, including forecasting, definition, and dynamization for each KCP.
- Supervise consumables management, production, and stock control.
- Research and benchmark new projects aimed at improving the ecommerce experience.
- Conduct User Acceptance Tests to validate new developments.
- Evaluate agencies, partners, and new formats to continuously enhance the platform.
- Analyze website data and user behavior for content and product launches using Contentsquare.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and propose A/B tests and new tools based on performance data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Commerce, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in ecommerce operations, digital content management, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of online customer journeys, digital merchandising, and web UX principles.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Experience with Jira for content and project tracking.
- Competence in Contentsquare for UX analytics and data visualization.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to utilize Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with A/B Tasty.
- Knowledge of GA4.
Minimum of 5 years in ecommerce operations or related fields.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Commerce, or related field.
