1. Enhance and adapt product content on partner websites to improve search ranking and conversion rates.
2. Collaborate with internal teams and retail partners to determine optimal product assortment for each platform.
3. Track KPIs and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with online retail partners.
5. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
6. Coordinate inputs between markets and vendors using e-shelf and retail media intelligence tools.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Possibility of signing an agreement with a university for at least 6 months, full-time.

1. Proficiency in English and Spanish (C2 level).
2. Strong time management and organizational skills.
3. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
5. Effective communication skills.
6. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and data analytics software.

Experience in e-commerce merchandising, particularly with a focus on indirect channels, is advantageous.
