Loewe Demand Planning Specialist

- Develop and implement precise demand forecasting models to predict future product demand.
- Analyze historical data, market trends, and incorporate inputs from sales and marketing to enhance forecast accuracy.
- Manage demand risks and collaborate with stakeholders to develop mitigation plans.
- Drive continuous improvement in demand planning processes by staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
- Align demand planning strategies with overall business objectives and ensure integration with other supply chain functions.
- Communicate demand planning strategies and objectives to teams and stakeholders for organizational alignment.
- Manage the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process within the region and lead S&OP meetings.
- Maintain close relations with production planning to align demand with supply capacity.
- Optimize product catalogue management to enhance demand predictions.
- Focus on demand for new product introductions, end-of-life products, and promotions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to translate business assumptions into accurate demand forecasts.
- Report, monitor, and analyze KPIs related to demand planning and inventory management.
- Develop ad-hoc demand-related analyses and reports.
- Lead and coordinate monthly demand and supply review meetings with regional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (C1/C2).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with SAP and demand planning IT tools.
- Proficiency in Power BI.
- Strong statistical knowledge.
- Solid understanding of inventory management principles.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning and organizing Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering.
