Loewe Content Production Manager

- Create and manage comprehensive production calendars to ensure timely content delivery.
- Handle all administrative responsibilities, including managing contracts, NDAs, usage rights agreements, vendor coordination, and invoice processing.
- Maintain and update asset libraries, usage rights documentation, and content archiving systems to ensure easy access and compliance.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., marketing, creative) and external production companies to facilitate seamless content creation.
- Lead the production of high-quality photo, video, and digital content across various channels, ensuring brand consistency and optimal performance, including on-set production management.
- Monitor content budgets closely, proactively flagging potential overages or identifying opportunities for efficiencies.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to align production activities with overarching campaign needs and marketing strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to guarantee that all elements are prepared in advance of the scheduled productions.
- 5+ years of experience in content production, creative operations, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience working with external vendors and creative production teams.
- Proven skills in managing contracts, licensing agreements, and content rights.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and excellent time management abilities.
- Familiarity with production budgeting, timelines, and team coordination.
- Experience in the luxury or fashion beauty industry is preferred.
- Experience with on-set production management is a plus.
- Experience with project management tools preferred (Asana).
