Loewe Content Production Manager

1. Develop and oversee comprehensive production schedules to ensure timely delivery of content.
2. Manage all administrative tasks, including contracts, NDAs, usage rights agreements, vendor coordination, and invoice processing.
3. Maintain and update asset libraries, usage rights documentation, and content archiving systems to ensure accessibility and compliance.
4. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and creative, as well as external production companies, to ensure seamless content creation.
5. Lead the production of high-quality photo, video, and digital content across various channels, ensuring brand consistency and optimal performance, including on-set production management.
6. Closely monitor content budgets, proactively addressing potential overages and identifying opportunities for efficiencies.
7. Coordinate with internal teams to align production activities with campaign needs and marketing strategies.
8. Ensure all elements are prepared in advance of scheduled productions through cross-functional coordination.

1. 5+ years of experience in content production, creative operations, or a similar role.
2. Proven experience working with external vendors and creative production teams.
3. Demonstrated skills in managing contracts, licensing agreements, and content rights.

1. Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and excellent time management abilities.
2. Familiarity with production budgeting, timelines, and team coordination.
3. Experience with on-set production management.
4. Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana is preferred.

A minimum of 5 years in content production, creative operations, or a similar role, with a preference for experience in the luxury or fashion beauty industry.
