1. Engage with customers and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process.
2. Initiate contact with customers both at the counter and through proactive engagement.
3. Identify and understand customer needs, offering personalized product recommendations.
4. Demonstrate and propose fragrance products, suggesting complementary items within the category.
5. Cultivate lasting customer relationships through loyalty programs and sampling initiatives.
6. Achieve monthly retail sales targets.
7. Educate customers on LOEWE products and brand heritage.
8. Maintain counter merchandising in accordance with corporate guidelines.
9. Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to the Manager.
10. Perform operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Fluency in advanced Spanish and English; additional languages are highly valued.
3. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in retail or service industries, preferably within the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
