1. Engage with customers and provide exemplary service throughout the sales process.
2. Initiate customer interactions both at the counter and through proactive engagement.

4. Promote additional products within the fragrance category.
5. Cultivate enduring customer relationships through loyalty programs and sampling initiatives.
6. Achieve monthly retail sales targets.
7. Educate customers on LOEWE products and brand ethos.
8. Maintain counter merchandising in accordance with corporate standards.
9. Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to management.
10. Execute operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proficiency in Spanish and English; additional languages are advantageous.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or service industries, preferably within luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
