1. Achieve sales targets while promoting the brand image and providing exceptional customer service.
2. Initiate contact with customers, welcoming them both at the counter and through proactive engagement.
3. Identify and understand customer needs, offering personalized product demonstrations and recommendations.
4. Propose additional products within the fragrance category to enhance customer experience.
5. Develop enduring relationships with customers through loyalty programs and sampling initiatives.
6. Educate customers on LOEWE products and brand heritage.
7. Participate in maintaining counter merchandising according to corporate guidelines.
8. Monitor stock levels and report any issues to the Counter Manager to ensure adequate inventory.
9. Conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks efficiently.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales or beauty consulting.

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or beauty consulting, preferably within the luxury or beauty industry.
