1. Sell LOEWE products and provide exemplary customer service throughout the sales process.
2. Initiate contact with customers and engage them both at the counter and through proactive outreach.
3. Identify and address customer needs, offering personalized product demonstrations and recommendations.
4. Suggest additional products within the fragrance category to enhance customer experience.
5. Cultivate long-lasting customer relationships through loyalty programs and sampling initiatives.
6. Achieve monthly retail sales targets.
7. Educate customers about LOEWE products and the brand's heritage.
8. Maintain counter merchandising in alignment with corporate guidelines.
9. Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to the Manager.
10. Execute operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Fluency in Spanish and English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
3. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in retail or the service industry, preferably within luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
