1. Engage with customers and provide exemplary service throughout the sales process.
2. Initiate customer contact and welcome them both at the counter and through proactive engagement.
3. Identify and understand customer needs, offering personalized product recommendations.
4. Demonstrate and propose additional fragrance products.
5. Cultivate lasting customer relationships through loyalty programs and sampling.
6. Achieve monthly retail sales targets.
7. Educate customers on LOEWE products and brand heritage.
8. Participate in maintaining counter merchandising in line with corporate guidelines.
9. Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to management.
10. Execute operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are advantageous.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or service industry, preferably in luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience is required, ideally within the luxury, beauty, or fashion industry.
