1. Engage with customers and provide exemplary service throughout the sales process.
2. Initiate customer contact and welcome them both at the counter and through proactive engagement.
3. Identify and understand customer needs, offering personalized product recommendations.
4. Demonstrate and propose additional fragrance products within the category.
5. Foster personal and lasting relationships with customers through loyalty programs and sampling.
6. Achieve monthly retail sales targets.
7. Educate customers about LOEWE products and the brand ethos.
8. Participate in counter merchandising in line with corporate guidelines.
9. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Manager.
10. Perform operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English; additional languages are highly valued.
3. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in retail or service industries, preferably within luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
