1. Engage with customers and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process.

3. Demonstrate and propose LOEWE fragrance products and additional category items.
4. Cultivate lasting relationships with customers through loyalty programs and sampling initiatives.
5. Consistently achieve monthly retail sales targets.
6. Educate customers about LOEWE products and brand heritage.
7. Maintain counter merchandising in line with corporate standards.
8. Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to management.
9. Perform operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English; additional languages are advantageous.
3. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in retail or service industries, preferably within luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
