1. Engage with customers to provide exceptional service throughout the sales process.
2. Identify and address customer needs, offering personalized product recommendations.
3. Promote additional products within the fragrance category to enhance customer experience.
4. Cultivate lasting relationships with customers through loyalty programs and sampling.
5. Achieve monthly retail sales targets.
6. Educate customers about LOEWE products and brand heritage.
7. Maintain counter merchandising in line with corporate guidelines.
8. Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to management.
9. Perform operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English; additional languages are advantageous.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, preferably in luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
