1. Sell LOEWE products and provide exemplary customer service throughout the sales process.
2. Initiate contact with customers and engage them both at the counter and through proactive outreach.
3. Identify and understand customer needs, offering personalized product recommendations.
4. Demonstrate and propose additional products within the fragrance category.
5. Cultivate enduring customer relationships through loyalty programs and sampling initiatives.
6. Achieve monthly retail sales targets.
7. Educate customers about LOEWE products and brand heritage.
8. Participate in counter merchandising maintenance in line with corporate guidelines.
9. Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to management.
10. Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Fluency in Spanish and English; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable.
3. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in retail or service industry, preferably in luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
