1. Engage with customers and provide exemplary service throughout the sales process.
2. Initiate contact with customers both at the counter and through proactive engagement.
3. Identify and understand customer needs, offering personalized product recommendations.
4. Promote additional products within the fragrance category.
5. Cultivate lasting relationships with customers through loyalty programs and sampling.
6. Meet monthly retail sales targets.
7. Educate customers about LOEWE products and the brand ethos.
8. Participate in counter merchandising in line with corporate standards.
9. Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to the Manager.
10. Execute assigned operational and administrative tasks.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Fluency in Spanish and English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
3. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in retail or service industries, preferably within luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
