1. Sell LOEWE products and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
2. Initiate contact with customers and engage them both at the counter and through proactive outreach.
3. Identify and understand customer needs, offering personalized product demonstrations and recommendations.
4. Propose additional products within the fragrance category to enhance customer experience.
5. Develop lasting relationships with customers through loyalty programs and personalized interactions.
6. Achieve monthly retail sales targets.
7. Educate customers about LOEWE products and brand heritage.
8. Participate in maintaining counter merchandising in line with corporate guidelines.
9. Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to management.
10. Execute operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English; additional languages are advantageous.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or service industry, preferably in luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
