1. Engage with customers and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process.
2. Initiate customer interactions both at the counter and through proactive engagement.
3. Identify and address customer needs, offering personalized product recommendations.
4. Demonstrate and propose additional products within the fragrance category.
5. Cultivate lasting relationships with customers through loyalty programs and sampling.
6. Achieve monthly retail sales targets.
7. Educate customers about LOEWE products and brand heritage.
8. Participate in maintaining counter merchandising in line with corporate guidelines.
9. Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to management.
10. Execute operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proficiency in Spanish and English; additional languages are advantageous.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or service industry, preferably within luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
