1. Sell LOEWE products and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
2. Initiate contact with customers and engage them both at the counter and through proactive outreach.
3. Identify and understand customer needs, offering personalized product recommendations.
4. Demonstrate and propose additional fragrance products within the category.
5. Cultivate lasting relationships with customers through loyalty programs and sampling initiatives.
6. Achieve monthly retail sales targets.
7. Educate customers about LOEWE products and brand heritage.
8. Participate in counter merchandising in line with corporate standards.
9. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Manager.
10. Perform operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Fluency in Spanish and advanced proficiency in English. Additional languages are highly valued.
3. A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in retail or service industries, preferably within luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
