Loewe Art Director

- Conceptualize and produce creative campaigns, activations, and content across all marketing channels, both offline and online, for Perfumes LOEWE.
- Manage the graphic design and layout for all Perfumes LOEWE executions across digital, offline, advertising, and product packaging.
- Lead the creation of creative content for all digital and social channels, including both still and dynamic video.
- Manage Perfume LOEWE’s content team and protect & evolve its tone of voice.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Projects Manager to assign creatives to the right brief, monitor and review progress, and approve before execution.
- Manage and execute tools for key internal company events.
- Select and collaborate with creative external partners for campaign briefs.
- Align with key stakeholders in the local and global marketing teams, supporting their business needs with creative campaigns and ensuring quality of execution across all touchpoints.
- Stay connected with the external creative community, providing suggestions and recommendations for creative partnerships, collaborations, and projects.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (C2/Native); French is a plus.
- Mastery of design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Exceptional skills in typography, layout creation, and prototyping.
- Affinity for the LOEWE brand aesthetic and codes.
- Leadership skills that elevate, inspire, and help team's skillsets grow.
- High standard of quality in all output, while remaining approachable and proactive.
- Adaptability and willingness to adjust and make changes as needed.
- Up-to-date with developments in marketing channels and communications.
- Results-oriented mindset.
Minimum six years' experience as an Art Director, preferably in fashion or luxury.
Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field.
