Loewe Account Manager

1. Set targets for team members in alignment with company expectations.
2. Proactively sell LOEWE Perfumes products and deliver luxury service to customers.
3. Lead and coach the team to achieve sales targets.
4. Link sell across product categories to increase average transaction value and units.
5. Educate and train team members on LOEWE Perfumes products and stories.
6. Initiate contact with customers and engage them through traffic stopping.
7. Manage team members, identifying coaching and development opportunities.
8. Manage stock in collaboration with the Area Manager to ensure adequate levels.
9. Grow the business through events and collaborations.
10. Complete operational and administrative tasks efficiently.
11. Participate in merchandise management according to corporate guidelines.
12. Adhere to company and store policies and procedures.
13. Build relationships with store management.
14. Perform additional duties as directed by management.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
