Loewe Account Manager

1. Set targets for team members in alignment with company expectations.
2. Proactively sell LOEWE Perfumes products, delivering a luxury standard of service.
3. Lead and coach the team to achieve sales targets.
4. Link sell across product categories to increase average transaction value and units.
5. Educate and train team members on LOEWE Perfumes' products and stories.
6. Propose personalized products to clients and handle objections confidently.
7. Initiate contact with customers and engage them both on counter and through traffic stopping.
8. Manage team members, identifying coaching and development opportunities.
9. Oversee stock management in collaboration with the Area Manager.
10. Grow the business through events and collaborations.
11. Ensure completion of operational and administrative tasks.
12. Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines.
13. Adhere to company procedures and policies.
14. Build relationships with store management and adhere to store policies.
15. Perform additional duties as directed by management.

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector, preferably in perfumes or cosmetics.
