1. Set sales targets for team members in alignment with company expectations.
2. Actively sell LOEWE Perfumes products while delivering a luxury standard of service to customers.
3. Lead and coach the team to ensure awareness and achievement of sales targets.
4. Proactively engage in cross-selling across product categories to increase average transaction value and units.
5. Educate and train team members on LOEWE Perfumes products and brand stories.
6. Initiate customer contact and engage them both at the counter and through traffic stopping.
7. Manage team members by identifying coaching and development opportunities and providing training and guidance.
8. Collaborate with the Area Manager to manage stock levels effectively.
9. Grow the business through events and collaborations.
10. Ensure completion of operational and administrative tasks to the highest standard.
11. Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines.
12. Adhere to company procedures and policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
13. Build relationships with store management and adhere to store policies and procedures.
14. Perform additional duties as directed by the management team.
