1. Set sales targets for team members in alignment with company expectations.
2. Proactively sell LOEWE Perfumes products, ensuring a luxury standard of service.
3. Lead and coach the team to achieve sales targets and enhance performance.
4. Engage in cross-selling to increase average transaction value and units.
5. Educate and train team members on product knowledge and brand stories.
6. Initiate customer contact and provide a welcoming experience.
7. Manage team performance, identifying coaching and development opportunities.
8. Oversee stock levels in collaboration with the Area Manager.
9. Drive business growth through events and collaborations.
10. Complete operational and administrative tasks efficiently.
11. Participate in merchandise management according to corporate guidelines.
12. Adhere to company and store policies and procedures.
13. Build relationships with store management and staff.
14. Perform additional duties as directed by management.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.
