Loewe Account Manager

1. Set sales targets for team members in alignment with company expectations.
2. Proactively sell Loewe Perfumes products while providing a luxury standard of service.
3. Lead and coach the team to achieve sales targets.
4. Engage in cross-selling across product categories to increase average transaction value and units.
5. Educate and train team members on Loewe Perfumes products and their stories.
6. Initiate customer contact and provide personalized product recommendations.
7. Manage stock levels in partnership with the Area Manager.
8. Grow the business through events and collaborations.
9. Complete operational and administrative tasks efficiently.
10. Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines.
11. Adhere to company and store policies and procedures.
12. Build relationships with store management and department store colleagues.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.

1. Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in luxury sales and customer service.
4. Organizational skills to manage paperwork and team dynamics.
5. Ability to identify and act on business development opportunities.
6. Knowledge of cosmetics and make-up application.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.
