6. Initiate customer contact and provide personalized product recommendations.
7. Manage stock levels in collaboration with the Area Manager.
8. Organize and execute business growth events and collaborations.
9. Ensure completion of operational and administrative tasks.
10. Participate in merchandise management according to corporate guidelines.
11. Build relationships with store management and adhere to store policies.
12. Perform additional duties as directed by management.
