- Analyze existing control results for horological components.
- Conduct statistical interpretation of control results and foundational data.
- Establish an analysis process and define a control standard.
- Ensure modifications to control ranges are implemented.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Microtechnology.
- Advanced knowledge in statistics and data analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and service orientation.
- Ability to express ideas effectively in group settings.
- Interest in mechanics and/or the watchmaking industry.
