1. Independently perform complex finishing operations on pivoting trades: chassage entraîneur, rolling, turning of folded parts and face/tip polishing according to technical documents.
2. Execute operations on numerical (CNC) and conventional machines while respecting Patek Philippe production standards and quality criteria.
3. Carry out machine adjustments when required, including setup and fine-tuning of Strausak S119 equipment.
4. Perform dimensional and aesthetic self-inspections and document conformity against defined acceptance criteria.
5. Work under a binocular/stereomicroscope for fine assembly and finishing; maintain tools and workplace organisation to preserve quality and traceability.

1. Prior experience as a roller (rouleur) or pivot operator on mechanical machines is required.
2. Excellent manual dexterity and fine motor control; confident use of tweezers (brucelle).
3. Strong visual acuity and ability to operate under a binocular/stereomicroscope.
4. High concentration, precision, methodical approach and adherence to strict quality standards.
5. Ability to read and work from technical documents and follow standard operating procedures.

First professional experience as a rouleur or pivoteur on mechanical machines is indispensable; prior experience in a watchmaking or micro‑mechanics production environment is strongly preferred.

Vocational qualification in watchmaking, micro‑mechanics or a related technical apprenticeship preferred; equivalent hands‑on training accepted.
