Patek Philippe Rolling & Pivoting Operator

- Independently perform complex finishing operations on pivoting trades: chassage entraîneur, rolling, turning of folded parts and face/tip polishing according to technical documents.
- Execute operations on numerical (CNC) and conventional machines while respecting Patek Philippe production standards and quality criteria.
- Carry out machine adjustments when required, including setup and fine-tuning of Strausak S119 equipment.
- Perform dimensional and aesthetic self-inspections and document conformity against defined acceptance criteria.
- Work under a binocular/stereomicroscope for fine assembly and finishing; maintain tools and workplace organisation to preserve quality and traceability.
- Prior experience as a roller (rouleur) or pivot operator on mechanical machines is required.
- Excellent manual dexterity and fine motor control; confident use of tweezers (brucelle).
- Strong visual acuity and ability to operate under a binocular/stereomicroscope.
- High concentration, precision, methodical approach and adherence to strict quality standards.
- Ability to read and work from technical documents and follow standard operating procedures.

First professional experience as a rouleur or pivoteur on mechanical machines is indispensable; prior experience in a watchmaking or micro‑mechanics production environment is strongly preferred.
Vocational qualification in watchmaking, micro‑mechanics or a related technical apprenticeship preferred; equivalent hands‑on training accepted.
