Patek Philippe Quality Manager - High-End Watchmaking

- Lead, develop, and motivate a team of 7 employees, overseeing an international client service workshop for high-end watchmaking through a workshop manager.
- Distribute operational workload within the team.
- Organize and oversee aesthetic and dimensional control activities for movement components, as well as the final inspection of watches and movements.
- Ensure the quality of watch repairs returned to the International Client Service Workshop for High-End Watchmaking, in collaboration with the workshop manager.
- Manage and ensure the handling of internal non-conformities within the High-End Watchmaking division.
- Monitor the quality of subcontractors in the High-End Watchmaking division.
- Define the surveillance plan for new products: movement components, movements, and watches (control ranges, 3D program, Witschi measurement program).
- Analyze and create product modification requests according to current processes.
- Participate in standardizing quality rules across different production divisions, representing High-End Watchmaking.
- Develop and coordinate the creation of documentation (processes and instructions) for quality activities.
- Create, analyze, and monitor Quality feedback indicators for High-End Watchmaking with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the Commercial & Marketing Divisions and International Client Service for High-End Watchmaking quality activities.
- Ensure adherence to Patek Philippe's fundamental attitudes.
- CFC Horloger or equivalent recognized by SEFRI, supplemented by a technician ET in microtechnology or ETS engineer in microtechnology.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in watchmaking quality, including 3 to 5 years in team management.
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and strong knowledge of Excel statistical analysis tools.
- B2 level English proficiency is an asset.
- Proactive, autonomous, and a strong sense of initiative.
- Rigorous, with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and collaborative spirit.
- Strong listening skills, client-oriented, solution and result-focused.
5 to 10 years in watchmaking quality, with 3 to 5 years in team management.
CFC Horloger or equivalent recognized by SEFRI, with additional training as a technician ET in microtechnology or ETS engineer in microtechnology.
