3. Proficiency in quality tools, statistical analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.
4. Strong ability to read technical plans and use various measuring instruments.
5. Ability to lead improvement projects in a multidisciplinary team.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a diplomatic approach.
7. Action-oriented with a focus on achieving results and managing complexity.
