- Organize and manage the entire Component Case Manufacturing Service, including two workshops and two production lines.
- Ensure the availability of necessary resources and skills, both human and mechanical, to execute the production plan.
- Drive the development and evolution of the service through improvement and industrialization initiatives.
- Achieve results, develop teams, and enhance the employee experience.
- Define the mission for the service, plan, organize, and lead activities while fostering synergies with other services and support functions.
- Ensure appropriate handling of unforeseen events in collaboration with planning.
- Guarantee adherence to production standards.
- Guide, support, motivate, and develop teams to maximize productivity and meet deadlines.
- Support workshop managers in human resource management with the assistance of the HR partner.
- Facilitate communication and information flow to manage activities and ensure alignment with objectives and company culture.
- Ensure continuous improvement in collaboration with the Methods Division.
- Prepare and manage the annual budget for the service.
- Produce activity reports to provide visibility to workshop managers and superiors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and instructions from the Apparel Division and support divisions (HR, Management, Finance, Methods).
- Participate in cross-functional projects at the division and company level.
- University degree or engineering education.
- 10 to 15 years of professional experience, including 5 years as a manager in complex organizations with significant experience in leading production teams.
- Strong knowledge of the relevant industry sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, ideally SAP.
- Project management skills.
- Fluency in French (spoken and written), English is an asset.
- Analytical skills and ability to identify optimization potentials.
- Ability to communicate vision and unite teams.
10 to 15 years of professional experience, including 5 years in a managerial role within complex organizations and substantial experience in leading production teams.
University degree or engineering education.
