- Master traditional, snow, closed, and mechanical setting techniques.
- Conduct repair work as needed.
- Ensure the quality, precision, and finish of completed pieces.
- CFC or BMA in Jewelry with a focus on setting, or equivalent training.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in traditional setting.
- At least 1 year of experience in baguette and invisible setting.
- Proficiency in baguette, invisible, and snow setting techniques.
- Knowledge of prong and descended techniques is advantageous.
- Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
- Meticulous, precise, and autonomous work style.
- Patience, calmness, and strong concentration abilities.
- Strong quality orientation.
- Team spirit.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in traditional jewelry setting, with at least 1 year specializing in baguette and invisible settings.
