1. CFC or BMA in Jewelry with a focus on setting, or equivalent training.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in traditional setting.
3. At least 1 year of experience in baguette and invisible setting.

1. Proficiency in baguette, invisible, and snow setting techniques.
2. Knowledge of prong and descended techniques is advantageous.
3. Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
