- Provide production workshops with necessary resources such as base data, instructions, and tooling to manufacture components within established criteria.
- Lead the industrialization process with various internal and external partners, establishing regular reporting on project progress to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery of components.
- Guide the design process to ensure the manufacturability of watch cases and components without compromising functionality or aesthetics.
- Facilitate information sharing within the team and with all relevant stakeholders.
- Support external partners in the production of items purchased by the division.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanics, micromechanics, or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the watchmaking sector within a Methods, Quality, or Production department, ideally in the domain of watch casing.
- Proficiency in project management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, ideally SAP.
- Knowledge of CAD software, ideally Solidworks.
- Analytical skills and critical thinking.
- Diplomacy and teamwork.
- Ability to communicate concisely and effectively.
- Coordination and team-building skills.
- Client-oriented, proactive, autonomous, and initiative-taking.
A minimum of 5 years in the watchmaking industry, particularly in Methods, Quality, or Production roles, with a focus on watch casing.
Bachelor's degree in mechanics, micromechanics, or equivalent.
