- Define and industrialize movement and case components (modern and historical) used for repair operations, producing manufacturing data, instructions and tooling specifications.
- Coordinate and drive the industrialization process with internal stakeholders and external partners, maintaining regular progress reporting to ensure timely fabrication and delivery of components.
- Provide engineering direction to adapt constructions for manufacturability without compromising function or aesthetic integrity.
- Prepare and provision production workshops with requisite resources (bills of materials, work instructions, tooling, inspection criteria).
- Support and coach external suppliers through product realization and handover to the Division’s purchasing and service teams.
- Ensure effective information sharing across the team and with all relevant actors involved in the programme.
- Bachelor’s degree (HES) in Mechanical Engineering or Micromechanics, or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum five years’ professional experience in the watchmaking industry within Methods, Quality or Production functions—experience with case/casing components preferred.
- Proven competence in project management and cross‑functional coordination.
- Operational knowledge of an ERP system (ideally SAP) and CAD tools (ideally Solidworks).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with concise and effective communication.
- Diplomacy, team orientation and the ability to federate stakeholders.
- Client orientation, autonomy, proactivity and the capacity to propose pragmatic solutions.

At least 5 years in the watchmaking industry working in Methods, Quality or Production, preferably with exposure to industrialization of case components and repair‑oriented manufacturing.
Bachelor's degree (HES) in Mechanical Engineering or Micromechanics, or equivalent.
