- Plan, organize, and direct the activities of the office to achieve results while maintaining quality and deadlines.
- Lead, support, encourage, motivate, and develop the team.
- Coordinate and analyze logistical flows.
- Ensure resource adjustments align with production capacities and workload plans.
- Design, develop, implement, and monitor division indicators and dashboards.
- Manage coordination with client division planning.
- Establish production plans with the Logistics Manager and ensure objectives are met.
- University degree or equivalent in Industrial Logistics or Production Management.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in logistics planning, ideally within the watchmaking industry.
- 3 to 5 years of team management experience.
- Excellent understanding of logistical flows, planning techniques, and methodologies.
- Experience in production management within an industrial environment.
- Proficient in ERP systems (ideally SAP) and office tools (MS Office).
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Organized and meticulous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy.
A minimum of 10 years in logistics planning, with 3 to 5 years in team management, preferably in the watchmaking industry.
University degree or equivalent in Industrial Logistics or Production Management.
