- Conduct and participate in 5S audits.
- Analyze existing audits and propose optimizations for the 5S audit process.
- Develop action plans related to 5S activities.
- Implement actions in production workshops.
- Contribute to the enhancement of the 5S process as a 'Methods' actor.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microtechnology, ideally with an industrial or horological focus.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Attention to detail, analytical and synthesis skills.
- Solution-oriented mindset and proactive approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and service orientation.
- Ability to express oneself in group settings.
Relevant academic background in Microtechnology with exposure to industrial or horological applications.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microtechnology.
