1. Assist in monthly closing activities and the preparation of financial reports, including calculating provisions for sales, production, promotion, and freelance costs.
2. Update profit and loss statements and management reports for the executive team.
3. Contribute to the reporting on variable editorial costs, with a focus on improving processes using PowerBi.
4. Support the development of budget revisions, including participating in operational meetings and analyzing budgetary scenarios.
5. Engage in cross-functional projects with operational teams, particularly in production and photo services, to manage cost tracking and official declarations.
6. Respond to various requests from management, including project analysis, negotiation preparation, and KPI formulation.

1. Student specializing in corporate finance (3rd year or higher)
2. Meticulous, dynamic, proactive, clear communicator, team player, strong interpersonal skills
3. Previous experience in management control or auditing is advantageous
4. Proficient in Excel
