Paris Match CRM and Digital Partnerships Manager

- Coordinate with editorial, digital, and subscription teams to maximize visibility and engagement.
- Structure and enrich the customer database, enhancing user knowledge.
- Develop customer journey and engagement plans, including newsletters and trigger marketing.
- Segment audiences and implement targeted campaigns to achieve audience, engagement, and revenue goals.
- Identify and establish strategic digital partnerships to expand audience reach or enhance data capabilities.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, oversee implementation, and assess performance.
- Collaborate with Digital, Subscription, and Social Media teams to ensure cohesive customer journeys.
- Interface with technical and data teams to optimize CRM tools and tracking systems.
- Coordinate with the advertising division on audience monetization and data enrichment strategies.
- Work alongside the Brand & Communication Manager on overarching relationship strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Digital Marketing.
- 6 to 10 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, audience development, or media performance.
- Experience in media, digital platforms, or brands with a strong relational component is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of technical and data environments.
- Expertise in CRM, digital acquisition, and KPI analysis.
- Ability to design effective multichannel relationship strategies.
- Proficiency in project management and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance and ROI.
- Editorial sensitivity and brand culture awareness.
Minimum of 10 years in relevant fields such as CRM, digital marketing, or audience development.
Bachelor's degree in Business or Digital Marketing.
