1. Conduct training sessions for multibrand and Dior Beauty Consultants both online and offline, covering basic and novelty products as well as D.I.O.R. sales techniques.
2. Provide in-store training and coaching for Dior Beauty Consultants, focusing on sales techniques and product knowledge.
3. Implement individual training paths for PCD sell-out staff in alignment with Dior Training Path.
4. Participate actively in Makeup/Backstage training sessions and provide makeup services during store events.
5. Onboard and train new employees, focusing on basic training and sales methods.
6. Collaborate effectively with the Training Manager and other company employees to support training events and translations.
7. Travel frequently to support the local Baltics team in merchandising and training initiatives.
8. Engage in the sale of Dior products, ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process.
9. Initiate contact with customers, understand their needs, and propose personalized product offers.
10. Achieve monthly retail sales targets and develop lasting relationships with customers.

1. 1-2 years of experience in sales training within a retail environment, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
2. Proven track record in training, coaching, and goal achievement.
3. Experience as a makeup artist is a plus.
4. Previous experience as a sales advisor is advantageous.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Outgoing, courteous, genuine, and passionate about the brand and products.

2. Dynamic and motivational presentation skills.
3. Ability to adapt to a retail environment featuring various brands.
4. Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
5. Advanced knowledge of English; proficiency in local languages is a plus.
6. Professional makeup application skills.
7. Excellent organizational skills and self-motivation.
8. Result-oriented and customer-service focused.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales training, preferably within the cosmetics or beauty industry.
