Trainer and Beauty Consultant

1. Conduct online and offline training sessions for multibrand and Dior Beauty Consultants.
2. Provide in-store training and coaching on Dior sales techniques and product knowledge.
3. Implement individual training paths for sell-out staff.
4. Participate actively in makeup events and provide makeup services in stores.
5. Onboard and train newcomers in basic training and sales methods.
6. Communicate and cooperate with the Training Manager and other employees.
7. Support the Training Manager with translations and training events.
8. Travel frequently as required.
9. Support the local Baltics team in merchandising.
10. Engage in the sale of Dior products while ensuring high standards of customer service.
11. Initiate contact with customers and identify their needs.
12. Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers.
13. Achieve retail sales targets on a monthly basis.

1. Driver’s license.
2. Working knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
3. Strong organizational skills.
4. Advanced knowledge of English; local language(s) is a plus.
5. Very good communication and presentation skills.
6. Professional makeup application skills.

1-2 years of experience in sales training in a retail environment, preferably in the cosmetics/beauty industry. Proven track record in training, coaching, and achieving goals. Makeup artist experience is a plus. Previous experience as a sales advisor is a plus.
