1. Drive sales growth in designated retail locations by actively engaging in sales activities and coaching identified key influencers to enhance brand sales.
2. Ensure adherence to merchandising planograms within stores and make necessary adjustments for fragrance, skincare, and makeup displays.
3. Maintain flawless brand execution across all retail spaces.
4. Conduct business opportunity analyses, manage goal achievement, and report to the Regional Manager.
5. Train in-store teams on products and new releases.

The position offers a full-time, permanent contract with a work schedule from Tuesday to Saturday, covering a sector of 28 retail locations across departments 22, 35, and 56.
