1. Support the International CSR Manager in defining and implementing societal engagement strategies and projects within France.
2. Organize and animate partnerships with associations focused on equal opportunities and professional integration.
3. Participate in initiatives promoting parenthood and family-friendly policies.
4. Assist in developing awareness tools on disability and non-discrimination as part of diversity and inclusion policies.
5. Contribute to wellness and quality of life campaigns in collaboration with other CSR stakeholders.
6. Facilitate the implementation of CSR policies across HR, management, and employee levels through forums and communication materials.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree (Level Bac +4/5) in HR, Business School, or University with a specialization in Corporate Social Responsibility.
2. Proficiency in CSR issues such as diversity, inclusion, disability, parenthood, and workplace well-being.

1. Strong organizational and project management skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Ability to propose innovative solutions and demonstrate curiosity.

Minimum of 6 months experience in associative project management.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
