1. Manage the partner portfolio across TECH categories.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop procurement strategies.
3. Optimize shared procurement categories with Group Purchasing.
4. Support business units and actively participate in needs analysis.
5. Prepare consultation files from needs identification to performance measurement post-negotiation.
6. Analyze and synthesize quotations.
7. Negotiate costs, quality, timelines, and terms (pricing, legal guarantees, SLAs).
8. Draft contracts in collaboration with the legal department.
9. Manage NDA and contract signings.
10. Resolve conflicts and disputes with partners.
11. Ensure compliance with procurement processes.
12. Collect year-end rebates from partners and the Group.
13. Integrate CSR considerations into evaluations using available tools.
14. Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business, ideally with a specialization in Procurement.
2. Minimum of 3 years of procurement experience with a similar portfolio.
3. Knowledge of TECH categories, including Digital, SAAS, hardware procurement, and TECH services.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to manage priorities and multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally and in teams.
7. Proficiency in drafting tender specifications.
8. Analytical and synthesis skills.
9. Customer-oriented mindset.
10. Negotiation skills and in-depth market analysis and management capabilities.
11. Initiative-taking and proactive approach.
12. Proficiency in office tools (PPT, Excel, IAGen, etc.) and fluency in English.
