2. Provide personalized skincare diagnosis and consultation to clients.
3. Educate clients on Dior products, application techniques, and skincare routines.
4. Achieve monthly retail sales and facial treatment targets.
5. Support the planning and execution of key events and PR activities.
6. Ensure the 'Welcome to Dior' approach is consistently applied in client interactions.
7. Manage client bookings and maintain tailored client profiles.
8. Attend regular training sessions to enhance product and service knowledge.
9. Sell Dior products and provide exemplary customer service using professional selling techniques.
10. Cross-sell makeup and fragrance products.
11. Coach Beauty Consultants on skincare diagnosis and application techniques.
12. Update client data and sales information in the iPOS tool.
13. Develop and utilize a customer database to build clientele through calls and events.
14. Ensure treatment cabins meet hygiene and quality standards.
15. Monitor stock levels and report issues to management.
16. Complete operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
17. Adhere to Dior grooming guidelines and store standards.
18. Represent Dior brand values and demonstrate a Dior attitude at all times.

1. Formal skincare treatment professional certificate, NVQ, or Diploma.

2. Proficient in selling and customer service skills.
3. Expertise in skincare application and use of skincare tools.
4. Excellent product knowledge in cosmetics, particularly skincare.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to coach and develop others in skincare diagnosis and consultation.

Preferably with experience in the luxury skincare business, professional treatment experience, and an understanding of skin analysis. Experience in a spa or luxury retail environment is desirable but not essential.
