Senior Business Controller

Parfums Christian Dior, part of the LVMH Group, is a leading luxury brand in the perfumes and cosmetics sector, with a global presence and continuous growth across 75 different Maisons.

1. Consolidate, control, and analyze monthly sell-out performance.
2. Conduct ad-hoc retail analyses for top management and various departments.
3. Play a key role in budget preparation, focusing on commercial lines and collaborating with operational teams.
4. Contribute to budgetary exercises and presentations.
5. Oversee Capex tracking in collaboration with the Store Design team.
6. Manage budget discussions and accounting controls for visual merchandising.
7. Participate in various financial topics and tool development within the Travel Retail EURAFME team.
8. Manage a Junior Business Controller.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or finance.
2. 10 years of experience, with at least 4 years in financial roles, ideally in management control.
3. Fluent in French and English.

1. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
2. Proficiency in SAP.
3. Knowledge of PowerBI dashboard development is a plus.
4. Client-centric approach.
5. Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks.

Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 4 years in financial roles.
