1. Develop and implement the security strategy for Campus Dior Orléans, assessing and managing security risks.
2. Establish local security procedures in alignment with Parfums Christian Dior's policies.
3. Organize and oversee access rights to premises and information.
4. Develop emergency security plans in collaboration with crisis management teams.
5. Foster relationships with state services to ensure optimal protection.
6. Supervise operational security management, including partner oversight.
7. Propose and implement security measures for events and projects.
8. Ensure compliance with organizational security measures and equipment functionality.
9. Conduct preventive control measures and investigations into unauthorized product exits.
10. Advise on security aspects during design, modification, construction, or renovation of facilities.
11. Contribute to security-related dossiers with external stakeholders.
12. Lead internal security networks to raise awareness and propose communication plans.
13. Manage roadways, parking, access, and fencing at Campus Dior Orléans.
14. Oversee security service contracts and contribute to security governance committees.

1. Bachelor's degree in security management or related field.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in security management, preferably in an industrial or logistics environment.
3. Proficiency in security tools and regulations, including video surveillance, access control, and alarms.
