- Assist the Retail Performance Manager in deploying and monitoring retail digital tools and client experience projects.
- Update the progress of retail projects and digitalization roadmap regularly.
- Collaborate with the International Retail Performance team and local markets on international retail projects.
- Generate reports and contribute to the Retail Quarterly Newsletter.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and retail KPIs, focusing on boutique productivity trends.
- Update and consolidate sales data for regional incentive programs.
- Manage content on retail education tools such as My Dior and Skillsup.
- Support the organization of Regional Performance & Education trainings and seminars.
- Assist in logistics and accommodation arrangements for seminar participants.
- Propose and order seminar gifts through vendors.
- Prepare presentation content for various meetings and update orientation decks monthly.
- Facilitate quarterly meetings with local markets to document best practices.
- Order certificates and trophies for regional contests and assist in vendor creation processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, business management, or a related field with a focus on analytics or digital development preferred.
- Experience in retail/merchandising performance or finance is advantageous.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate agility, organization, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of working in a multicultural environment with diverse stakeholders.
Beginner level experience in retail, merchandising performance, or finance is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in data science, business management, or a related field preferred.
