1. Achieve sales targets and expand market share based on the sales strategy set by the Multi Brand Stores Sales Manager.
2. Enhance store presentation and service levels through coaching and on-the-job training for MBS store staff, while fostering strong relationships with retail headquarters.
3. Propose strategic plans to the Sales Manager to achieve budget targets for annual and monthly sales, and ensure alignment with MBS store staff to support sales growth.
4. Monitor inventory levels of limited edition products to increase sell-through rates and reduce returns.
5. Manage and analyze sales data and competitor information.
6. Ensure proper store operations and visual merchandising, collaborating with MBS VMD personnel for timely improvements.
7. Plan and execute promotions in strategic stores, coordinating with headquarters as needed.
8. Address store inquiries and customer questions by liaising with appropriate departments.
9. Coordinate with MBS trainers to schedule on-the-job training, aiming to enhance sales skills and techniques.
10. Report on sales, customer feedback, and market trends regularly.
11. Manage risks including theft and customer complaints.
12. Prepare for new store openings, renovations, or closures as directed by superiors.

1. Experience in customer service or as a trainer in the cosmetics industry, with a desire to transition into sales.
2. Ability to provide in-store customer service and support store staff sales efforts.
3. Willingness to work weekends and travel as required.
4. Proficiency in PC skills including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
