Parfums Christian Dior Retail Manager

- Achieve sales targets and expand market share based on the sales strategy set by the Multi Brand Stores Sales Manager.
- Enhance store presentation and service levels through coaching and on-the-job training for MBS store staff, while fostering strong relationships with retail headquarters.
- Propose strategic plans to the Sales Manager to achieve budget targets for annual and monthly sales, and ensure alignment with MBS store staff to support sales growth.
- Monitor inventory levels of limited edition products to increase sell-through rates and reduce returns.
- Manage and analyze sales data and competitor information.
- Ensure proper store operations and visual merchandising, collaborating with MBS VMD personnel for timely improvements.
- Plan and execute promotions in strategic stores, coordinating with headquarters as needed.
- Address store inquiries and customer questions by liaising with appropriate departments.
- Coordinate with MBS trainers to schedule on-the-job training, aiming to enhance sales skills and techniques.
- Report on sales, customer feedback, and market trends regularly.
- Manage risks including theft and customer complaints.
- Prepare for new store openings, renovations, or closures as directed by superiors.
- Experience in customer service or as a trainer in the cosmetics industry, with a desire to transition into sales.
- Ability to provide in-store customer service and support store staff sales efforts.
- Willingness to work weekends and travel as required.
- Proficiency in PC skills including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong customer service and training skills in the cosmetics industry.
- Strategic planning and sales management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to learn and use English in a professional setting.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in the cosmetics or retail industry, with a focus on customer service or training roles.
