1. Monitor and follow up on promotional activities.
2. Validate and manage schedules.
3. Oversee external freelance agency pools, including updating personalized files and tracking materials.
4. Conduct quality checks in the field.
5. Prepare logistical files for client gifts.
6. Manage inventory and dispatch materials to sales teams and clients.
7. Provide feedback and optimize tasks.
8. Prepare mapping and visit report files for Retail Developers.
9. Centralize and distribute essential retail documents.
10. Prepare performance tracking tables.
11. Manage the retail team's visit schedules.
12. Maintain tracking documents for grooming and material needs.
13. Participate in and document team meetings for BELUX & NL.
14. Actively engage in the recruitment, scheduling, quality monitoring, and feedback for field interns.

1. Currently pursuing higher education.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
