1. Assist in managing Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Duty-Free Shopping (DFS) operations, including sales order processing and operational support.
2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan replenishment and distribution of products, testers, and promotional items based on counter activities and sales targets.
3. Work closely with trade, training, and Visual Merchandising teams to achieve sales targets and facilitate on-counter activations.
4. Liaise with Points of Sale (POS) or operators regarding supply needs, including product availability, assortments, lead times, and returns.
5. Monitor stock movement with the logistics team to ensure counter needs are met.
6. Prepare reports and conduct data analysis of sales performance, competitor analysis, and market trends to identify risks and opportunities.
7. Perform administrative tasks related to sales orders, stock allocation, invoicing, and returns.
8. Communicate new launch information to the field team and prepare feedback for the marketing team.
9. Conduct on-counter coaching with the field team to drive sales objectives.
10. Provide field support based on counter demands.
11. Assist the Sales and Retail team with administrative tasks and operational support.
12. Coordinate and support retail employee recruitment and selection arrangements.
13. Handle IT or technical issues for counters.
14. Manage Part-Time manpower arrangements for the Retail Team.
15. Prepare and update reports for Management review.
16. Manage counter Travel & Entertainment and POS-related payments.
17. Work with the supply chain team on stock management, including Purchase Orders, stock returns, and damage handling.
18. Manage orders for POS use, including product testers and promotional materials.
19. Support High Profile Projects, special events, and shop renovations.
20. Manage customer database and provide digital support to counters.

1. At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
2. Exposure to Travel Retail is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
2. Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Power BI, Qlik, and Salesforce is a plus.
3. Business-oriented with a sensitivity to numbers and reporting.
4. Results and action-oriented with problem-solving capabilities.
5. Strong communication skills and team player.

At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity, with exposure to Travel Retail being advantageous.
